Ann Elizabeth Marsh

Wheelersburg-Ann Elizabeth “Betsy” Marsh, 68, of Wheelersburg passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019 at SOMC ER in Portsmouth. Betsy was born January 29, 1951 in Akron, OH to the late John and Arlene Hamilton. Betsy was a nurse and worked as an EMT for Porter Township. In addition to her parents Betsy was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Keller. Betsy is survived by her husband, Gary Raymond Marsh whom she married October 28, 1988 in Gatlinburg, TN. She is also survived by two sons, Raymond Marsh and John (Bernadette) Dannemiller; two daughters, Beverly L. (Donald Jr.) Engle and Christine Deatley; a sister, Molly Hamilton and six grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in Betsy’s name to the Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s or Sierra’s Haven.
