WEST PORTSMOUTH-Randall Horner, 68, of West Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 in Wheelersburg. Randall was born January 7, 1953 in South Webster to the late Clyde William Horner and Alice Manns Horner. He was employed by NS Railroad in the Bridge & Building Department. Randall was of Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by four brothers, JC Conley, Ellis Conley, John Conley and Calvin Horner and two sisters, Analee Hager and Jean Covert. Randall is survived by two sons, Michael (Heidi) Horner and Randy William Horner (Destiny); four daughters, Dodi (Kevin) Noble, Brandy (Bob) Ratcliff, Kerry (Matt) Watson and Terry Horner; three brothers, Burl Horner, Mike Horner and David Horner; three sisters, Wanda Cremeans, Shelby Horner and Linda Williams; thirteen grandchildren, Mikaela, Olivia, Braxton, Bella, Miley, Carson, Isaac, Kai, Yuna, Lulu, Keo, Fox and Noah and a special friend, Carmen Crawford.

Services for Randall will be 11:00 am Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Raymond Lewis officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, and one hour before the service on Wednesday. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
