Matilda (Estephan) Pokrivchak

Dear Family, I was saddened to read of Betty's passing. Betty & I were good friends in HS and for about 20 years after that. We went to our Senior Prom together with our dates. I actually worked for her dad at his business as a summer job. We shared wonderful memories and I will never forget her. I have fond memories of her parents and her siblings as I was always at their home in Old Orchard on Wilden Drive and she was at my home too. The last time I saw her and your dad was when they came to my home in Lopatcong, Twp, NJ for my son Nicholas's Christening. It was wonderful to see her. We kept in touch by Christmas Cards, letters and phone calls. I sent a Christmas card to the address I had and it was returned to me. I had no idea where she had moved to, but I still thought of her over the years. My deepest sympathies and prayers are with her entire family. May she rest in Heavenly Peace. She will always be a cherished friend to me and I will never forget what a wonderful and caring woman she was. May God Bless all of you. Matilda (Mat) was my nickname at that time.
