Willard Junior Morrison

WHEELERSBURG-Willard Junior Morrison, 92, of Wheelersburg passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at his home. Willard was born March 30, 1930 in Wheelersburg to the late George and Anna Morrison. Willard was retired from N & W Railway as a Crane Operator and was a member of Powellsville Mission church. In addition to his parents, Willard was preceded in death by his wife, Yuvona Eula Gleim Morrison, whom he married July 22, 1950 in Wheelersburg. He was also preceded in death by a son, Richard (Claudette) Morrison and his siblings, Fred, Oscar, James, Paul, and Charlie Morrison and Dorothy “Dot” Thomas, Ethel Moore and Lucy Caldwell. Willard is survived by three sons, Michael Junior Morrison, David (Angie) Morrison and Don (Jackie) Morrison; two daughters, Helen (Daniel) Burchett and Linda (Dick) Henderson; thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

Services for Willard will be 1:00 pm Monday, February 13, 2023 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Dick Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
