Suzy Ann Perkins
WHEELERSBURG-Suzy Ann Perkins, 59, of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Suzy was born January 24, 1964 in Portsmouth, Ohio Herbert Otworth and the late Karen Hill Otworth. Suzy had an Associate Degree in nursing and was employed by Dr. John F. Distraglia. She was a member of Cornerstone Church of Nazarene. In addition to her mother, Suzy was preceded in death by a brother, Herb Otworth and a grandson, Cash Ryan Newson. In addition to her father, Suzy is survived by her husband, Tony Perkins, whom she married May 29, 2008. She is also survived by two daughters, Kristen (Chad) Newsom and Chelsey (Ben) Glockner and her grandchildren, Natalie and Olivia Newsom, Parker and Anderson Glockner, Mia and Avery Malone and Mavenck McAlister.
Services for Suzy will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastors Matt Hancock and Art Perkins officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home Wednesday 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service. The family requests Memorial contributions be made in Suzy’s name to SOMC Hospice. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles com.
