Blanche Lucille Collett Maggard
PINEHURST, TX-Blanche Lucille Collett Maggard, 87, of Pinehurst, TX, formerly of Wheelersburg, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at Park Manor of Tomball, Texas. Blanche was born September 6, 1936 in Scioto County, Lyra, to the late William Roy Collett and Jennetta Roof Collett. In addition to her parents, Blanche was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Samuel “Sam” Maggard, December 29, 2009 whom she married December 17, 1955. Blanche is survived by a son, Howard Maggard and a daughter, Diana Butcher.
Services for Blanche will be 11:00 am Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Jared Timberlake officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and one hour before the 11:00 am service on Saturday.
