Susan Ann Maynard
WHEELERSBURG-Susan Ann Maynard, 70, of Wheelersburg, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Susan was born April 29, 1953 in Portsmouth, to the late Theodore Pierron and Lillian Newman Pierron. Susan was a high school graduate and a homemaker. She loved her flowers and gardening. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by a brother, Teddy Pierron and a sister, Loretta Thomas. Susan is survived by her husband, James Maynard, whom she married September 20, 1975 in Wheelersburg, Ohio. Susan is also survived by a son, Jimmy Maynard (Carol); a brother, Mike Pierron; a granddaughter, Payton Maynard, and her cat,” Lucky.”
Services for Susan will be 1:00 pm Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Roy Beadle officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
