Judy Carolyn Moore

SOUTH SHORE, KY-Judy Carolyn Moore, 75, of South Shore, KY passed away Sunday October 13, 2024 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Judy was born September 30, 1949 to the late Berlin Jones and Subrina Slone Jones. Judy was employed as an Interior and Floral Designer for over 40 years at Various Floral and Boutique Shops. Judy was a member of South Shore Church of Nazarene and the Ironton Garden Club. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Don Moore, April 12 2010. A brother, Mike Jones and two sisters, Sheilia Janney and Kathy Wellman. Judy is survived by a son, Christopher Shumway; a daughter, Angela (Jim) Whitely; a brother, Ray Jones and three grandchildren, Clayton, Jacob and Emma Whitely.

Services for Judy will be 1:00 pm Friday, October 18, 2024 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Matt Hancock officiating. Interment will be in Siloam Cemetery in Greenup County, KY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service.
