VANCEBURG, KY-Babbette Louise Bays, 64, of Vanceburg, KY passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at SOMC in Portsmouth. Babbette was born October 16, 1960 in Portsmouth to the late Howard Harley Bays and Phyllis Ann Hensley Bays. In addition to her parents, Babbette was preceded in death by a brother, Lowell Bays. Babbette was employed as an Administrative Assistant at AAA. She was of the Methodist faith. Babbette is survived by a daughter, Miranda Jarvis (Roger Smith) and two brothers, Doug Bays, and Kevin Bays.
