Steven Craig Bays
NEW BOSTON-Steven Craig Bays, 62, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at his home. Steven was born August 8, 1961 in Portsmouth to Martha Carol Bays. Steven was employed at Scioto Residential Services as a care giver, and he was a Navy veteran. Steve was a loving husband, father, grandfather and an avid comic enthusiast. He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Autumn Fraley; two brothers, Eric (Charlotte) Bays and Marc Bays and three grandchildren, Colton Fraley, Lexi Kennison and Teagan Fraley.
A celebration of life for Steve will be held Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Porter Township Community Center on Bulwer Street in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
