Lana Sue Carol Carver
WHEELERSBURG-Lana Sue Carol Carver, 65, of Wheelersburg passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at SOMC in Portsmouth. Lana was born February 22, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late William Kerns and Irene Thomas Kerns. Lana was employed as an STNA at River Run Health Care and attended First Church of God. In addition to her parents, Lana was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Kerns. Lana is survived by her husband, James Dale Carver; two sons, Chris Carver and James Dale Carver, Jr.; two daughters, Lisa Carver and Pamela Carver; a brother, Bobby Kerns; four sisters, Patty Mager, Linda Robinson, Tammy Weddington and Lucinda Kerns; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Services for Lana will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Leroy Blevins officiating. Interment will be in Junior Furnace Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
