PORTSMOUTH-Dova Elizabeth Parker, 59, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at her home. Dova was born December 10, 1964 in Portsmouth to the late Gerald Lee Parker and Ruby Louise Roe Parker. In addition to her parents, Dova was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Lee Parker Jr. and by a sister, Leda Guido. She is survived by a son, Shane Justice Craig; two daughters, Vanessa Ann McClintic and Jasmine Nicole Parker; a sister, Wendy Dancey and seven grandchildren.
