Ralph Dean Hall
WHEELERSBURG-Ralph Dean Hall, 74, of Wheelersburg passed away Friday, May 10, 2024 at his home. Dean was born October 21, 1949 in Portsmouth to the late Dorothy Marie Hall. Dean was employed by the Scioto County Engineer Department as a truck driver, and he was a member of Sand Hill Christian Baptist Church. In addition to his mother Dean was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Marler Hall September 17, 1986 whom he married July 27, 1968. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Mays and Debi Wright. Dean is survived by three daughters, Gina (Kevin) Rowe, Tina (Mike) Nolfi and Kim Rozsa; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several special aunts and uncles. Dean was a supporter of his church and St. Jude’s.
Services for Dean will be 7:00 pm Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Jared Timberlake officiating. Interment will be in Wheelersburg Cemetery 11:00 am Wednesday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday 5:00-7:00 pm and 10:00 am until 10:45 am Wednesday when the procession will proceed to the cemetery for the 11:00 am committal. My greatest memory of Uncle Dean was every time I saw him and no matter where he always made time to talk and hug me. He came out to Mom's house when I first moved to Ohio in 2010 and made me feel very welcome. He will be missed and I am positive he is up there in heaven with all those that he loved and missed greatly! Till we meet again Uncle Dean!
