SOUTH WEBSTER-Marvin Dean Houston, 65, of South Webster passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 at his home. Marvin was born June 5, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Ed Houston and Tessie Belle Cook Houston. In addition to his parents, Marvin was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Faye Royalty Houston, his brothers, Robert, Mitchell, Paul, Billy Dale, George and Benjie and a sister, Mary Ethel Houston. Marvin is survived by two sons, Johnny Royalty and Charles Royalty; five sisters, Pearl Louise Hickle, Patricia Ann Smith, Sandra Kay Malone, Rosie Watts and Wanda Sue Houston; ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Graveside services for Marvin will be 2:00 pm Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Scioto Furnace Cemetery with Dale Evans officiating. A Mercy Meal will follow at South Webster Community Church. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
