Phyllis Earlene Willard
WHEELERSBURG-Phyllis Earlene Willard, 85, of Wheelersburg passed away Monday July 15, 2024 at Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center. Phyllis was born December 22, 1938 in Portsmouth to the late Theodore Withrow and Norma Jean Jordan Withrow. Phyllis was a member of Central Christian Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Richard Willard whom she married September 28, 1956 in Sciotoville. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Withrow and two sisters, Barbara Stevens and Wanda Schisler. Phyllis is survived by a son, Paul Richard Willard Jr. (Michelle) and a daughter, Lisa Rae Miller (Mike), two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services for Phyllis will be 10:00 am Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Memorial Burial Park with Sam Cooke officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
