Helen Elizabeth Smith

WHEELERSBURG-Helen Elizabeth Smith, 89, of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Best Care Nursing and ReHab Center. Helen was born April 14, 1935 In New Boston to the late Marion Smith and Mildred Bussey Smith. Helen was employed at SOMC in the Dietary Department. She is of the Methodist faith and a member of the American Legion Post 471. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Smith and a son-in-law, John Kemper. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Kemper; a brother, John Smith; a sister, Cheryl Sullivan; two grandchildren, Dustin (Heather) Kemper and Whitney (James) Stapleton and four great grandchildren, Landon Kemper, Braxton Stapleton, Layne Stapleton and Lena Bruening.
